Hi,

We are using the DS16F95QML for an RS-422 interface. Does the chip comply with ANSI/TIA/EIA-422B standards? The datasheet has it listed as EIA-422A, but we're wondering if it also follows EIA-422B.

    Brian,

    I've tried looking to see what the actual difference between the A version and the B version are but I wasn't able to find anything online that directly compared them. I also was not able to find anything in the summary of the RS422B documents that suggested any major differences.

    Appendix A has a table showing the RS422A spec table summary. Our device adheres to all of this and to my knowledge the B version did not change any of these spec'd values.
