DS90UB926Q-Q1: Status of the output pins if there is no input or PDB set low

Part Number: DS90UB926Q-Q1

Tool/software:

The datasheet says the output pins are with internal pulldown. What's the value for the pulldown? What's the status of the output pins  if there is no input or PDB set low? If we connect corresponding pins of two UB926's output together, and when one is functioning correctly, the other one is without input or in power down state, will the downstream IC get correct signals?

  • Hi Wei,

The datasheet does not directly share the puldown resistance value. Is there a specific reason this is required? If PDB is low then the LVCMOS output will also be low.

The outputs of two different deserializers should not be connected together. Could you share a diagram or topology of what configuration you are trying to set up? There could be a better recommended solution.

    Best regards,
    Ikram
