I am using DS250DF230 part in my design. There is no AC coupling capacitor package information in the datasheet.

Could you please provide the details?

    Hi Sankar,

    The DS250DF230 EVM uses 0201 capacitors for AC coupling so I would suggest that in your design. In general, gigabit high-speed signals should try to use small coupling capacitor package sizes to reduce the parasitic effects of the capacitor pad, which can affect the signal quality.
