TCAL6408, TCA6408A-Q1, TCAL9538, all with different pinout and without internal pull-ups.

Hi Joyce,

All of our Q1 I/O expanders are -40C to 125C.

Any "TCAL" I/O expander is rated for -40C to 125C. TCAL9539 and TCAL6416 would fall into this category.
