THVD8000: Request for Access to Safety Documentation

Hello TI Support Team,

I am working on a safety-critical design under [ISO 26262 / IEC 61508], and need safety and reliability data for the component THVD8000.

Specifically, I would like to request access to:

- Safety Manual
- FMEDA report or failure modes info
- FIT/MTBF data (e.g., Telcordia, JEDEC)
- Any Safety Package or functional safety material

Could you please connect me with the appropriate TI Sales or Application Engineering contact to facilitate this? If there is a form or procedure via my.ti.com, I’d appreciate guidance.

    Jaime,

    This isn't an automotive qualified device so it doesn't have a functional safety document. I'm not entirely sure if we can generate one since the functional safety documents have automotive standards that are tied to it and the device didn't go through the automotive qualification. 

    I can try to loop you with a TI sales team but if the intention is to generate a functional safety document for this device specifically, my management will not allow us to make the document state it is functional safety approved.
