THVD1426: RX error rate issue

Hi Team,

TX sends data to the device without packet loss.

But the RX sent from the device to our board has an error rate 3~5%, Sometimes it can reach 10% or more.

Is there any design problem in the circuit?

Allen,

I've assigned this thread to the appropriate engineer for support, but is it possible to share waveforms of the TX and RX signals while the failures are occurring? The schematic looks okay, but their may be some affect with the translation device.

Allen,

do you have a scopeshot of the actual error? (Can you get all of the signals on one scope shot, using multiple with only one channel makes this harder).

Are you able to get a scopeshot with a math function of the A-B pins?

Are you able to apply a pull up resistor and pull down resistor on the A/B pins? Maybe around 1k? (Does this fix the issue?)
