I have a question about TRS3232EIPWR and MAX3232EIPWR.

The recommended operating range in the data sheet is VCC (min) =3V. Therefore, is it correct to understand that the IC is in the Disable state when VCC=2.4V?

That is correct, the VCC must be a minimum of 3V for normal operation. At 2.4V, the device may not be completely powered off, but it will not function correctly, and none of the datasheet parameters can be guaranteed.

I understand that the IC cannot be completely turned off with VCC=2.4V. Please tell me the range of VCC to completely turn off the IC.

Yuta,

It would be preferred to be as close to 0V on the VCC pin as possible to make sure there is no power going to the IC.
