I am currently performing signal integrity (SI) simulation using the IBIS model of the DP83822I (snlm205a.zip/dp83822.ibs) as the driver.
I would like to observe the rise time (tr) and fall time (tf) of the waveform edges.

Is the "MAC Impedance Control" setting in the dp83822.ibs file set to its default configuration?
Also, is there an IBIS model available with modified "MAC Impedance Control" settings?

    Yes the IBIS model should come with the default MAC_IMPEDANCE_CONTROL setting.

    We do not have a DP83822 IBIS model with the MAC_IMPEDANCE_CONTROL settings included. You could implement an external equivalent circuit to help model a reduced termination impedance.

    Alternatively, can you validate this on the DP83822EVM? You can use this EVM to program the MAC impedance and measure the rise/fall times on a physical board.
