Could you please share the TI level shifter part which I can use in my QSPI application?

Voltage Translation: 1.2V to 1.8V
Bidirectional
No DIR pin required
Max Frequency upto 166MHz
Total Signals: 6 (CS, CLK, D0,D1,D2,D3)

Hello Shyam,

TXV0108 cannot support QSPI. You need a device that supports auto-direction.

Unfortunately there isn't an auto-bidirectional translator today that can support the 166MHz requirement. For additional information, please reach out to your field TI engineer contact for further discussion.

What is the maximum frequency which an auto bidirectional TI level shifter part can support? Could you please share the part details?

For 6-ch translation, TXB0106 will be our best option. It is rated for 20Mbps 1.2V to 1.8V typ. performance. Were you able to reach out to your field TI engineer contact for further discussion?

I couldn´t able to contact the TI FAE. I will contact next week.

Is this 20Mbps is the max data rate which can support for an auto-bidirectional part from TI?

Hi Shyam,

No worries, and it is only the typ. speed that can be achieved at this corner. You may also see the 14-24-Logic-EVM to evaluate the device under your specific system loading conditions.
