Is there any plans to add energy detect support to the upstream kernel driver for DP83848Q, or is there a reference implementation for a similar device?

    Hi Jeremy,

    DP83848 is an older device with limited support. I am not aware of any plans to revise the kernel driver.

    A similar device would be DP83826A, which supports multiple low power modes. While there is no 1:1 with energy detect, these could help if switching to a newer part is possible.
