Is it ok if NC(pin5) from TCAN1472-Q1 is connected to pull up to VDD?

Luke,

Both schematics look good, I see no issues with either device. All CAN bus components are correct for protection and filtering, all voltage rails are correctly supplied, and all logic signals are connected to the controller.

To answer your question, yes it is okay for NC (pin5) on TCAN1472-Q1 to be connected to VDD. It is a true no connect.
