I have several questions regarding the ONET1151L circuit design.
1. Can I use it as a single-ended device by connecting only the LD anode? Can I terminate MOD+ with a 50-ohm termination?
2. Can I provide an EVB circuit?
3. Can I purchase the EVB or receive it free of charge?
4. The ONET1151L pin description states that ADR0 and ADR1 "Pulling the pin to VCC changes the first address bit to 1." However, page 11 of the data sheet states, "The first two bits of the slave address can be changed to 1 by grounding the ADR0 and ADR1 pins." Which of these is correct?
