THVD2450: For part THVD2450DR，different DATE CODE HAS different X-RAY

Dear engineers

For part THVD2450DR，we got DC 2239+ and DC2428+。
we found that X-ray are different，please see the picture as below，however we don't find the PCN


could you please kindly advise ？

    Could you please share an image of the top of each device?

    Additionally, where did you source these devices from?

    There is only one PCN for this device, and it is related to a top marking change for this device. No changes have been made to the devices functionality or specifications. These xray differences should not be a concern since we manufacture these devices at different locations, and there are indeed some visual differences between these sites. Assuming these devices were sourced from ti.com or a trusted distributor, they will behave the same.

    We bought this part from our supplier to meet The urgent demand. We are not sure whether it is originally from authorized distributor.
    please see the top marking and label of each device.

    Left side is the date code 29k and right is 47k:

    This means there was a leadframe change and a change to the mount bond diagram. 

    I'm not confirming this is legitimate but the difference in the x ray images are expected for those two date codes.
