Hi Brian.
Thank you for letting me know the clock frequency tolerances.

I'd also like to know the clock voltage levels.
I'd like to know both Hi and Low.

How many volts is it? What are the H and L thresholds of the clock?

HI Takeyama:

Vih is 1.8x0.7 =1.26V.

Vil is 1.8 x 0.3 = 0.54V.
