I found that even without plugging in the EEPROM, the device still shows values in the update slot.

Hi Che-Jung,

EEPROM values shown on this page are not read from the EVM. These are "virtual" values that are written to .hex file when "write to EEPROM hex" option is selected.

Does this GUI not support EEPROM writing?

Hi Che-Jung,

This GUI will generate a .hex file. It will not write the file to EEPROM. We recommend an EEPROM programmer for this.
