DP83869HM: Is the DP83869 compatible with TMS320f28388D. We need 1000 base (4 Tx, 4 Rx)

Is the DP83869 compatible with TMS320f28388D? We need 1000 base  (4 Tx, 4 Rx) interface w/ the 388D.

    Hi John,

    DP83869 can certainly support 1000Base-T, however I do not see a gigabit ethernet interface supported by TMS320F28388D. In the TMS320F28388D datasheet I only see 10Mbps/100Mbps support over MII/RMII:

    In order to support 1000Base speeds with DP83869 the MCU would need to support RGMII or SGMII. I see no mention of these interfaces in the datasheet, so I do not believe this MCU would support 1000Base speeds.
