Hi Zhang, 

What do you mean by broadcast address and which address are you talking about? Is it the PHY address or the register address?
DP83867 PHY address will not be broadcast address.
DP83867 register address has the base address of 0 and all other register addresses are offsets of the base address 0.

This is not a broadcast address. Only the PHY with address 0 will respond.
