Part Number: SN74LV1T34
Tool/software:
Hello,
I have a project where three SN74LV1T34DBVR were used and it was assembled using part marked as NEJJ. On a second batch of the same PCB, assemble by same manufacturer now we got the part marked as 3B3H, from the datasheet I can tell that both markings are valid for the component requested, the problem is that we are having different outputs from the exactly same input comparing both parts.
Output of NEJJ:

Output of 3B3H:

As a matter of context, the input is being pulled-up and the sensor we want to sample has an open collector output, the output is directly connected to a MCU. The shown ringing is really bad since the MCU thinks it is a repeated input change from the sensor.
Is this a known issue from these different markings?, should I escalate the issue to the PCB manufacturer thinking the components could be fake (either one of them). The first batch of PCB (preproduction) were validated and extensively tested giving all OKs before producing the second batch (production) so it is really concerning this difference in behaviour.
Best regards and thanks in advance,
Miguel Romero Morán
