1. What is the MODE_CNTRL.MODE_SEL value in TSD state, ttsd timer? 

2. How to know exit the Tsd protected mode?

    Hi Shoo,

    1. The MODE_SEL bits won't change, it will read back the last mode before triggering TSD status

    2. It will enter sleep mode (if fail safe mode disabled) after junction temperature drop below the TSD threshold
