I found the following register init sequences in the sample code provided (dp83tc818.zip) which are executed during chip init phase.

I'd like to check with you if the sequence is required as well for DP83TC818?

Yes, this script is required for DP83TC818 as well.

Please implement the initialization script found in SNLA453 (in secure resource folder).
