Tool/software:

Could both VCCA and VCCB of TCA9617B and TCA9517B be 3.3V? Which means VCCA equal to VCCB. Thank you.

Yes, TCA9517 / TCA9517A / TCA9617B can have VCCA = VCCB = 3.3V.

Hi New2day,

The recommended operating conditions on page 4 / 28 of the TCA9617B datasheet show VCCA(max) = VCCB.

VCCB = 3.3V, means VCCA = 3.3V according to the spec:
