I have IBIS AMI model for this part but do i need to call s-parameters file in IBIS. If I need to add can you pls help me with that. How to use IBIS-AMI models for this part. what are the things i need to import if i want to do simulation in hyperlynx

Hi Ankita,

I recommend adding the s-parameters files in the topology shown in the Quick Start Guide.

This model was designed for use with Keysight ADS. We have seen that parameters may not work correctly in hyperlynx. Please see thread below as an example.

Hi Ankita,

You could try DS250DF410 model. It will be similar to DS250DF230 beyond the lowest CTLE indexes. Not sure if this will yield better results though.

I tried on ADS as well but i cant able to receive any results RLC values are empty in IBIS

Hi Ankita,

Did you try the example project in ADS that is included with the IBIS-AMI model? Would recommend just unarchiving the project and running it as a baseline.
