Hi Team,

Background is that currently the customer wants us to remove the common mode inductance on the CAN output, but through the EMC mapping, we find that the stability of the CAN cannot be guaranteed after removing the common mode inductance, so we want to simultaneously look at the smaller CAN transceiver μs that are dependent on the common mode inductance, do you have any recommend? Thanks!

If I understand correctly, you are interested in CAN devices that pass EMC concerns without CMC. If so, yes we do have devices that do. For example, TCAN1472-Q1 shows results with and without CMC and if within customer’s range, then it may be used as needed, thanks.
