I am using an external EEPROM for this hub. So, I wanted to program the EEPROM. Where can I get this Hub Configuration tool from so that I can generate the binary file required for the EEPROM?

Please accept my friendship request and I will send EEPROM tools. You can read default configuration from hub and modify the EEPROM file.
