Hello TI team,
Here are two different SN65HVD1050DR X-ray images. The key differences between them lie in the lead frame and the substrate. I've highlighted the specific details for your reference. The image on the right shows the newly purchased product, which was made in Malaysia, while the previous one was bought from another supplier. Please let me know if there are any PCNs mentioned regarding this.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm whether these products were correctly manufactured by TI. Thank you!
