At once there was the TVP5150AEVM that demonstrates TVP5150A is no longer available from TI. However, you can still find the user's guide at https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sleu041. You might also want to check any 3rd party availability.

i saw the TVP5150A already released over 20 years?
