USB Hub schematic, PCB design?

I know there are evaluation boards available for the USB hub controllers, but I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a 4-port powered USB hub without the enclosure? I'm developing a piece of electronics and need a powered hub but it will be installed in an enclosure with other electronics. Is there a manufacturer schematic/pcb layout for the evaluation board, and would I want to use that in my design?

The EVM Gerber files can be found in the EVM folder.

There are some reference schematics which i have attached as well. None of them match exactly the gerber files since that board was actually designed by the power management team for the TPS2071 device and I do not have that file.

I am not aware of anywhere to acquire a TUSB2046B product without an enclosure.
