Hi Team,

Is this device support USB3.0 signal line(TX/RX) Protection also? I checked the datasheet it seems can't support.

So, do we have any other device that can support USB3.0?

    Hi Yishan,

    The TPD4S481 does not provide any protection for USB3.0 signals.

    I believe that the ESD team does have an ESD TVS diode for IEC esd protection, but the latest USB specification allows all super speed USB signals to be be AC coupled, so short the VBUS is a non issue.
