I would like to ask about the ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) problem related to EtherCAT.
I have performed ESD tests with Air discharge (15kV) and Contact discharge (8kV).
As a result, i observed RX errors and invalid Frames in the EtherCAT diagnostic (ethercat diag).
I currently suspect that these issues are caused by ESD.
Would it be possible for you to kindly review my circuit design to check if there are any improvements i should consider? I'm sorry for sending it as a sketch.
