TUSB8044A: USB3.0 is not working

  Can you send schematic how is hub upstream port connected to? If on the same board, AC caps also needed on SSRX.

    It's hub upstream port issue or downstream port issue?

    for downstream port,  how do you  enable Vbus switch? it should be enabled by ID pin of CC controller.

Hi Brian,
Now hub is getting detected their was some issue in assembly, but only J14 USB is detecting USB3.0 is their any configuration i need to do, as I tested in 4 seperate boards only same J14 is detecting the USB 3.0.

   Can you measure VBus voltage on all downstream type-C port when device is connected and  device is  not connected?

   schematic looks same for all downstream ports.

Hi Brian,
I have tested the voltage on vbus it is 5v, i forgot to mention that USB 2.0 is working on all connecter, but only on J14 USB 3.0 is up that's why i'm asking is their any configuration that i have to do.
