I am using TUSB7340 usb3 hub in my design. When I connect any usb3 device on downstream port of this USB hub, the device works with USB2 and only sometimes it works as usb3 device. what could be the issue and how to debug

Hi Brain, when we plug the USB 3.0 flash drive it is some time's getting detected 3.0 and some time it is getting detected as 2.0. What can be the potential reason for hardware issues.
