Hi all
Can DS90UB933-Q1 to be matched 936?If used the BT656 of Transmission protocol (built-in clock)
In my mind ,it can not due to the MIPI clock can not to be build.

Hello,
The 936 is compatible with the 933. the 936 can be programmed to convert the parallel video data into CSI packets. Please make sure the correct RAW10/12 bit mode is used and that you desired data type is a multiple of 8/10/12 accordingly. So that the 936 can properly convert the parallel data to CSI packets.

If you are asking if the 933 supports BT656, then that depends on the deserializer you are using and your desired use case. If you just want to pass on the parallel data to a deserializer (no conversion), then you must use a parallel deserializer such as 934.
If you want to convert your parallel data into CSI-2 D-PHY packets, then that is not possible unless you provide HSync, VSync, and PCLK input into the 933 serializer.
...
The 936 uses the PCLK, HSync, VSync, and parallel data from the 933 to generate CSI-2 data packets. Here are examples of some of the CSI packets that can be packaged into.

Please note that not all formats are supported, since the parallel data needs to fit into the 8/10/12 parallel lines on the 933.

The 936 needs to be programmed to package the parallel data into the desired format, to prevent data corruption.
