TUSB1142: Unable to recognize USB 3.0 devices

I have a few comments:

1) What is the CC/ PD controller used in this applications? How is flip handled?

2) Looks like all EQ pins are pulled to ground. Do you have the ability to tune EQ on this board?

3) SSRX1/2 pins have 220nF caps. This value should 330nF.

USB2.0 buses are independent of USB3.x buses. What does the USB2.0 circuitry look like?

I think we need to address USB 2.0 not functioning before we move forward with looking at the TUSB1142 and USB3.x. 

What does the layout look like for USB2.0. Why is this path not working?
