Does the WAKE input on the DP83TC813R-Q1 work on rising edge? Currently we have the WAKE input tied to a low voltage supply (3.3V) so when the low voltage supply turns on the ethernet PHY automatically turns on. But the question is whether it is possible to put it into sleep mode while the WAKE input is still high, since our 3.3V will remain on until after the PHY is put into sleep mode. Will that work?
