Could TUSB8044 adjust the driver strength of each USB channel?

Hi YIshan:

For USb3 TX swing, it can be adjusted by EEPROM or SMBUSz for each channel.

For USB2, driver strength can be adjusted by R1 resistor for all ports, not for each channel.

Driver strength can be changed by register D8-DB with EEPROM or SMBUS, we can provide table if needed.
