    Hi Rami,

    With RS232 layout. The main thing is to try to keep the capacitors (the charge pump caps) close to the IC and provide a solid path to the GND pin. 

    The RS232 pins have a slow slew rate so these traces aren't too sensitive but if you can place the IC closer to the connector then that would be better.

    Aside from that, maybe place external pull up resistors on the TTL inputs incase you need them.
