Hello, may I ask if the functional parameters have changed after the silk screen printing of AM26LV32IDR was modified? The font size on this picture is different. The small font I'm using cannot be used, but the large font can be used normally.

    Wen,

    Some of our devices (like this one) went through a redesign of the die. The redesign die was designed around the device's datasheet min/max and so it should be a functional equivalent.

    Old die and new die should be interchangeable in most systems. Most customers who test the device don't find any issues when they use the device but we have seen customer state it fails ICT or automated screening programs that they use after the device is soldered. Failures are false positives that only fail due to small impedance differences when the device is unpowered.
