We received feedback from the SMT department that during AOI inspection, the system could not recognize the marking on material number 207200000235A (TI P/N: SN74AVC4T77RGYR) due to blurred marking.
We also checked our inventory and found that the new material reels have the same blurred marking issue.
We kindly request your support to analyze and confirm the root cause of this defect, and provide us with corrective actions to prevent the blurred marking issue from recurring in future orders. I have attached the OK and NG marking images found on the same new reel for your reference.
