I am suppling Vccp with 1.8V supply, I couldnt find VOH and VOL Logic levels in P Port side .Kindly help me with the details.

    Hi Ramakrishna,

    Designing your system with VCCP = 1.65 V will be the best estimates for VOH and VOL. 

    This allows for some margin for a lower VCC which is a weaker output driver. Putting VCCP = 1.8V will only mean better output driving characteristics.
