Please implement power decoupling capacitor as shown below

Please leave the JTAG pins unconnected if not used.

The GND between transformer and RJ45 needs to be connected to Earth Ground, not board ground.

You will also need an RC network between board and Earth ground as shown below

Please make sure there is a 2.2k to VDDIO on MDIO.
