TPS3808: Tolerance of Threshold for TPS3808G01

I am using TPS3808G01 and I see in the datasheet of Section 7.5 that the VIT threshold has a tolerance of 1% typically for TPS3808G01 part. Is 1% a 3sigma value?

I am looking for tighter tolerance & want to gauge the worst-case tolerance in extremes & statically.

I also see from Figure 7-6 that the device has pretty tight tolerance based on temperature variation (less than 0.1%) since my temp of interest is -10 to +50C.

Fig 7-6 is going to be best data we can provide for accuracy vs temperature for the TPS3808G01. For a tighter tolerance, we do have the TPS3808EG01, which is a P2P replacement of the TPS3808. TPS3808EG01DBVR

Thanks for the reply. I have seen many a times the typical data mentioned in electrical characteristics is a 3sigma data. Please can you answer the below question.

"Section 7.5 that the VIT threshold for TPS3808G01 part has a tolerance of 1% typically & 0.5% for Vit<3.3V. Is this typical value a 3sigma value?"
