What is the data type and frame rate?

What DES are you using?

MIPI CSI-2 interface,

RAW10 or RAW12

3840x2160 @ 30fps, 1920x1080 @ 60fps, 1280x720 @ 120fps

3840x2160 @ 30fps, RAW10 - Can be supported using the UB953-UB954.

3840x2160 @ 30fps, RAW12 - Can be supported using the UB953-UB954 only if CSI-2 blanking on the Imager is max 10%.

1920x1080 @ 60fps, RAW10/RAW12 - Can be supported using the UB953-UB954.

Is there other part similar to UB953-UB954 with I2S that can deliver RAW12 without blanking?

We do not require or use this blanking. This CSI-2 blanking is generated and used by the image sensor only.

You can use I2S with the UB953-UB954. Refer to this App note:
