How can a space rated part be sold without radiation assurance documentation? If the report is not publicly available that is fine, i really just need to know levels this device was qualified to. To be clear, I am asking what TID level this component has been exposed to.

Hi David,

This is an older device TI acquired back in 2011 which did not have any radiation tests done on it. You can read more about it in this post: DS90LV031AQML-SP: TID Data - Interface forum - Interface - TI E2E support forums

However, we do have alternate/newer devices with radiation data. I would recommend using SN55LVDS31-SP which meets 150 krad TID and has the same specs and pinout as DS90LV031AQML-SP.
