TXE8124-Q1: SPI Timing SDO Valid Time

When a bit of data is shifted out on SDO, the data bit is valid after 27 ns when measuring ~50% from the rising edge of the clock signal. This is the tV(SDO)(max) spec. 

As for the minimum spec, we have validated this spec at bench level testing to be a minimum of 20 ns.
