We are considering level conversion for the QSPI signal (1.2V → 1.8V).
When SCK = 25MHz, can the SN74AXC2T45 be used for SCK level conversion?

Hello Takahiro,

Since the xCS and SCK are fixed direction signals, then yes it's okay to use the SN74AXC2T45.

Thank you for your response.
I understand that the signal direction is not an issue.

According to the datasheet, with VCCA=1.2V and VCCB=1.8V, tpd(max) is 9ns.
Therefore, I believe 25MHz operation is feasible. Is this correct?

Hello Takahiro,

That's correct. This part can support 25MHZ when configured at VCCA=1.2V and VCCB=1.8V.
