For TCAN1044A-Q1, the datasheet shows the application example with common mode choke, common mode filtering and protection circuitry to obtain clean CAN signal feeding into CAN transceiver. The question is could we move the choke to the first place near the bus connector, then the CAN signal go through protection (TVS) circuit then common mode filtering part then the CAN transceiver PINs? Our customer use this kind of design on MPS's production and we would like to keep it that way. So is the choke could be located right after bus connector like J1 position?
