TPD4S480-Q1: Are CC/SBU pins interchangeable ?

Looking at the block diagram on Pg 11 of the datasheet, the 2 sections for the SBU and CC look identical.

Are the CC1/CC2 and the SBU1/SBU2 pins interchangeable ? Can I assign the signals as needed to aid in pcb layout ?

They are not. They have different OVP thresholds.

No problem. To clarify - you can swap CC1 and CC2. But you can't swap a CC signal for an SBU signal.
