    Hi Hevin,

    Yes, the DS90UB949-Q1 can transmit audio over the FPD-Link III channel via I2S. For more details, please refer to Section 7.3.18 - Audio Modes of the DS90UB949-Q1 data sheet.

    Additionally, please refer to the app note SNLA221 (link) for more details regarding the I2S audio interface.
