Hi Team,

We are using this part in our design TS3USB221AQRSERQ1, We would like to know the D+, D- pin swapping is possbile,

Pin 1-D+ ->Connect to D-

Pin 2 D- -> connect to D+

This above pin mapping is allowed. If it got swapped

if it got swapped is there any issue will occur like inconsistent data transfer or detection issue??

Hello Sathya,

The TS3USB221AQRSERQ1 is a passive mux, so swapping the signals and pins wouldn't make any difference from its perspective.

No issues with this routing.

Hi Team,

We are facing issue with the USB detection, we are able to detect the device only in one orientation. CC1 side only.

Attached the schematic for your reference.

We are using CC logic controller and super speed mux from type C connector.

Kindly let us know the suggestions and debugging steps.
