Good day,

Hope this email finds you well.

Customer ordered MAX3222CPWR part from us and found defective.

When they replaced the part with same part number from different lot the issue got resolved.

Please help to confirm is this are these both are same part or different part. If same is there any design or specs difference b/w these.

Also customer would like to know is there any PCN for the the above two difference body marking images.

Hi Venu,

There is already an active thread on this ticket that a TI rep has created.

I suggest the customer work with the TI rep to avoid separate tickets. (I also provided them with the PCN already).

The PCNs can be found on Mouser and Digikey.

I searched MAX3222CPWR on google then clicked on the mouser site and went to the documents section and looked for the recent PCNs related to die change/redesign
